Intune/SCCM) * Experience working in a manufacturing environment ## Description The Junior IT Systems Administratoris responsible for performing server administration, as well as escalation support to end-users and onsite support for both hardware and software issues. The IT Systems Team can be characterized as a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and sudden issues that need to be balanced with "road map" projects. The technician is expected to be able to adapt to this environment and produce results with a self-starter mentality while maintaining a collaborative outlook. The technician will always represent themselves, the department, and the company with the highest level of professionalism. Innovate Systems and the companies it services maintains multiple on-premises datacenters and this position requires that applicants must be able to be present onsite at the 5-Hour Energy® plant to ensure system uptime and/or proper triage in case of an outage, regular maintenance, or emergencies. Travel to remote locations may be required on occasion to provide support for special projects/needs.
