Experience designing:

 * XDM Schemas
 * Datasets
 * Data Models
 * Identity Resolution Frameworks

CRM integrations (Salesforce, Dynamics)

Batch and Streaming Data Ingestion

Data Governance, Consent Management, Data Lineage, DULE Policies

Cloud Platforms:

 * AWS
 * Azure
 * Google Cloud Platform
 * Snowflake

Experience managing offshore teams and enterprise delivery programs

Preferred Skills

 * Telecom, Technology, Media, or Large B2B Enterprise experience
 * Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms such as:

## Description

Seeking a Data Product Lead to lead enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud data initiatives. This role will own the Data POD responsible for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP B2B (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Web SDK implementations, CRM integrations, governance, identity management, and data quality programs., * Lead Adobe Experience Platform architecture and implementation initiatives

 * Manage Data POD delivery, roadmap, sprint planning, and prioritization
 * Design enterprise data collection frameworks using Adobe Web SDK
 * Oversee CRM, campaign, and billing integrations into AEP
 * Define governance standards, data quality frameworks, and compliance controls
 * Manage offshore engineering teams
 * Drive automation and AI-enabled data operations initiatives
 * Partner with business stakeholders and executive leadership to deliver scalable customer data solutions
