AI Agents & Workflow Automation * Design and deploy AI agents that automate complex, multi-step operational workflows and decision-making processes. * Build and scale agentic workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Operational Automation & Optimization * Automate repetitive operational workflows, reporting processes, and decision-support systems. * Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. Data Engineering & Pipeline Development * Build robust ETL and data pipelines to ingest, clean, transform, and process structured and unstructured datasets. * Work with operational data sources, including inventory, routing, labor, and service events. Systems Integration * Integrate AI tools and predictive models with warehouse, logistics, and operational software systems. * Rapidly prototype solutions that generate immediate business impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with Operations, Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and IT teams to identify business challenges and develop AI-driven solutions. * Create decision-support dashboards and communicate technical insights to stakeholders. AI Governance & Safety * Ensure responsible AI deployment through rigorous model validation, documentation, risk mitigation, bias reduction, data governance, and security practices. * Build fail-safes into automated decision-making systems.
