## About the Role

Do you have experience in Schedule creation?, * Strong hands-on Primavera P6 expertise (critical path, logic ties, resource loading)

 * Background in data centers, mission critical, or large-scale construction
 * Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments
 * Confident communicator who can challenge site teams when needed

## Description

This isn't a "schedule updater" role - they need someone who can build, drive, and defend the schedule on large-scale projects ($200M-$1B+), working closely with project leadership to keep delivery on track.

The role:

 * Develop and manage full lifecycle CPM schedules in Primavera P6
 * Build schedules from scratch across precon through execution
 * Partner with PMs, Superintendents, and clients to align sequencing and milestones
 * Identify delays early and implement recovery strategies
 * Support reporting, progress analysis, and schedule risk mitigation
