## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

 * Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
 * Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
 * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshservice).
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
 * [Optional] Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP are a plus.

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support to internal users via email, chat, phone, and in-person.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
 * Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes from a technical standpoint.
 * Document issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalations.
