## Description

Augusta, GA | Supporting Applebee's, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut

If you're the kind of person who likes fixing things, working independently, and being out in the field instead of stuck behind a desk, this role is for you.

Flynn Group is hiring a Restaurant IT Field Service Technician (Level 1) to support our restaurant locations across Georgia and South Carolina. You'll be the go-to tech keeping restaurant systems up and running so teams can focus on serving guests.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Travel to restaurant locations to repair, service, and maintain IT equipment
 * Perform preventive maintenance and installation projects
 * Troubleshoot POS systems, computers, peripherals, cabling, and basic networks
 * Test systems to ensure full functionality
 * Support restaurant teams with technical issues and questions
 * Document work completed using ServiceNow
 * Participate in an on-call rotation for critical system issues
 * Work independently while meeting quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
