This is a hands-on, day-to-day administration role supporting identity and access management for a workforce distributed across the US and internationally, even though the role itself is based onsite at the Plymouth, MN headquarters. There is currently no dedicated IAM platform in place, so this role requires comfort with manual administration of both on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
