This hybrid role combines onsite partner support with leadership responsibilities within our Service Desk environment. We're seeking someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to larger infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment and enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with team leadership and customer support., · Strong infrastructure administration experience across networking, servers, cloud, identity, and end-user support environments. · Hands-on experience with VLANs, wireless network design, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure resources, and Entra ID. · Ability to support both on-premises and cloud-based environments with confidence and sound technical judgment. · Experience mentoring or coaching junior technical team members. · Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions. · Practical PowerShell experience for administration and automation. · Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
