Technical Skills:

 * Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

 * Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, authentication (OAuth2/JWT).

 * Experience with SQL databases.

 * Familiarity with message queues (Kafka).

 * Ability to read and analyze application logs and stack traces.

 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).

 * Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) is preferred., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

## Description

* Provide Tier 2 technical support for integration applications, APIs, and microservices.

 * Diagnose and resolve issues related to data flows, microservices, batch jobs, API failures, and system integrations.

 * Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.

 * Troubleshoot issues in Java Spring Boot-based microservices including performance, availability, and functional failures.

 * Monitor and support REST APIs, event-driven integrations, message queues (Kafka), and batch processes.

 * Validate integration payloads (JSON/XML) and troubleshoot mapping issues.

 * Respond proactively to alerts and system degradation.

 * Participate in patching, releases, and deployment validation.

 * Document SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.

 * Monitor system health using tools Dynatrace.
