This person analyzes incoming requests for new features and fixes to the CRM. This position is responsible for approving, prioritizing, and assigning tasks related to student systems. The Configuration Specialist lead will work collaboratively with other team members to develop a long-term vision and integration for student service systems to improve the outcomes for end users., * Deeply understand our CRM software and how it can positively impact our users from Prospects to Students to Alumni, as well as our staff that supports them.
