Passion for our mission and vision is required!, * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Familiar with technical aerospace design and robust business processes * Active TS/SCI Clearance * Must be able to work onsite in Renton, WA * 4+ years in aerospace change management or similar industry * Familiarity with configuration management toolsets * Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion * BA/BS in a related discipline * Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Desired: * Highly proficient with business processes and technical aerospace design * Experience with maintaining Contract Data Requirement Lists * CMII certification/training * Proficient with change management tools and configuration databases * Familiarity with Export Control regulations ## Description As part of a hardworking team of specialists and engineers, you will work as a Change and Data Manager focused on change management for the Blue Ring spacecraft product line. In this position, you will perform activities including handling change requests, supporting change impact identification, facilitating change boards, updating change implementation tasks, Data configuration management on Requirements, Engineering documents, and configuration control for revision management., * Assess and document proposed configuration changes * Provide timely and high-quality configuration services for product teams * Ensure configuration management methods meet customer requirements * Identify, document, and implement system and process improvements * Establish product and process metrics for performance improvement, Applicants for employment at Blue Origin must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
