Cypress Creek Hospital features individual units for adolescents and adults and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Cypress Creek Hospital. We are comprised of a tenured dedicated team of Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers, Mental Health Technicians and Support Staff where delivering compassionate care is our mission. The IT Specialist will oversee privacy, control of passwords, and control security for the servers. Further, the IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the hospital security surveillance cameras. This individual will report directly to the CFO. Hours are based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours, as directed by the CEO/CFO. Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Provides day-to-day technical support for hospital personnel with computers, printers, video surveillance, copy machines, equipment, and telephone system. * Maintain hardware for servers and PC's. * Provide Telecom support and Manage Voicemail System. * Provide application support for staff and assist with the proper usage of IT systems. * Serve as the facility liaison with Corporate IT. * Coordinate Infrastructure upgrades, rollout of IT systems, and manage vendors to successfully complete project goals for facility.
