## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Management Consultant to support a critical service management and repair operations initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Service Management and/or SAP CRM Service with deep knowledge of the CRM One Order Framework., * Strong hands-on experience in SAP Service Management (CS/SM modules)

 * Proven expertise in in-house repair processes within SAP environments
 * Alternatively, strong experience in SAP CRM Service module
 * Deep understanding of SAP CRM One Order Framework
 * Ability to quickly analyze and understand customer business processes and map them to SAP solutions
 * Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
 * Self-driven professional with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 * Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment
 * Experience in end-to-end SAP solution delivery including design, configuration, and support, * Experience in complex service management or enterprise support environments
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Proven ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams
 * Prior experience in customer service, warranty management, and repair lifecycle processes
 * Experience driving process improvements and system optimization initiatives

## Description

* Lead and support SAP Service Management solutions with a strong focus on in-house repair and service processes
 * Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional and technical solutions
 * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
 * Navigate complex business and system landscapes to ensure end-to-end solution alignment
 * Provide expert guidance on SAP Service Management best practices and service process optimization
 * Work with stakeholders to improve service operations, repair workflows, and overall system efficiency
 * Support full project lifecycle activities including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
 * Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives, compliance standards, and operational needs
