## Description

Responsible for securely designing, configuring, installing, and supporting hardware, software, and related applications that enable the organization and its operations.

 * Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating resources and ensuring IT project objectives are accomplished.
 * Develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders in support of IT projects.
 * Act as primary liaison with 3rd party providers for product improvements, issues, and tier 2 technical support.
 * Securely configure, manage, and integrate servers, network infrastructure, and applications while ensuring expected system performance and resilience.
 * Manage the lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.
 * Implement and manage identity and access management systems.
 * Ensure secure authentication practices through configuration of roles and permissions.
 * Assess various options and their potential impacts to make decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term needs.
 * Clearly communicate complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures and best practices, which can be used by team members.
 * Lead IT projects and initiatives.
 * Mentor junior staff and participate in cross-functional teams to improve system performance and support.
