## Description

Technical Support Engineer

 * Respond & solve technical inquiries via phone, e-mail, or online chat in a timely and efficient manner
 * Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve problems as well as document all steps taken.
 * Provide technical support for pre-sales & post-sales
 * Setup simulating environment & perform product testing
 * Provide product training to customers
 * Support Exhibition /Road Show /Sales Demo
 * This position is a combination of Product Specialist, Product Testing, Pre & Post sales Technical Support, Customer Service, Hotline support, and Products Training
