You'll analyze how people, processes, and technology interact to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leaders. Your work will span the full human capital lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning, while also contributing to consulting domains such as organizational design, process optimization, and transformation initiatives. In this role, you'll craft compelling deliverables, visualize complex data, and translate findings into strategies that strengthen mission execution and align workforce capabilities with organizational goals. Operating with limited supervision, you'll bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced environment rapidly developing and refining concepts that drive meaningful transformation.
