Throughout the day, you will be translating technology for end users who may not always be technically savvy, making strong communication skills essential in this role., Experience & Qualifications * CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ required (If not currently held, must be obtained after employment) * MD-102 preferred ️ Technical Skills * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS * Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 * Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto Networking, and core networking concepts * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite and Office 365 cloud services * Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS * Experience with Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup * Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus Professional & Soft Skills * Exceptional written and verbal communication * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Strong time-management and organizational skills * Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs * Reliable transportation required ## Description This position is listed as "Hybrid". The majority of your role will be working remotely from home, however, in office attendance will be required for a minimum two days each week with occasional onsite visits to client sites.
