This individual will be responsible for leading manual testing efforts, developing comprehensive test strategies, executing test cases, and partnering closely with business, development, product, and offshore QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong experience testing within Salesforce environments, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to coordinate testing activities across geographically distributed teams. Experience within telecommunications, billing, or customer management systems is highly preferred.
