Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Experience assisting leadership with weekly status reporting and identifying project risks and mitigations. Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, System Engineering, or related field) preferred, or equivalent professional experience with 7 years of experience, or 11 years of relevant experience. , Desired Skills Familiarity with updating and maintaining System Health & Status tools alongside DevOps teams. Strong communication skills with a knack for translating user feedback into technical requirements.
