The Systems Engineer supports the (TAGM) Project Office by developing the system capabilities roadmap, system development plan, system integration, and validation / verification of the Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wireless Guided (TOW) weapon system. This role ensures accurate system performance assessments, supports weapon integration on aviation and ground platforms, and contributes to test planning, analysis, and lifecycle engineering decisions.
