## About the Role

Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Admin to create solutions for our clients leveraging config and low-code designs and flows. Some experience and understanding of LWC and Apex preferred. (Must work within 2 hours of EST in US.), * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or its equivalent in work experience.

 * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
 * Experience with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governor limits.
 * Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Admin or Advanced Admin Certification.
 * Understanding of unit testing for Salesforce applications.

Nice-to-have Experience:

 * Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
 * Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware solutions.
 * Knowledge of AI-driven Salesforce solutions, such as Agentforce.
 * Knowledge of test automation.

## Description

* Design and implement custom solutions using platform features including custom objects and flows.
 * User management, system configuration and customization, workflow automation, security, analytics and reporting, and support and training.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Maintain and optimize Salesforce data models, security settings, and permissions.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
 * Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
 * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
