## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * US citizen with active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
 * 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
 * Proven experience with SAP systems, preferably SAP Transportation Management (TM)
 * Strong understanding of SAFE Agile methodology and its application in large-scale projects
 * Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Desired:

 * Master's degree in a relevant field of study
 * Advanced IT certifications, such as ISTQB, SAP, or Agile/SAFE
 * Experience working on DoD contracts or within the defense industry
 * Familiarity with transportation and logistics systems

 * Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with SAFE Agile principles.
