This role focuses on day-to-day system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and data integrity. The EMR Analyst I works closely with clinic management to ensure the EMR functions effectively and aligns with operational workflows as well as supporting the clinicals training team. This role collaborates closely with business units, affiliates, vendors, and the Information Services (IS) team to ensure applications are properly configured, optimized for performance, Essential Functions and Responsibilities * System Support & Troubleshooting - Provide first-level support for EMR issues, including user access, workflow errors, and system functionality concerns.
