Do you have experience in macOS?, * 1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience (school environment a plus)

 * Must be proficient in Windows laptops and desktops, macOS, Chromebooks, and iPad
 * Strong problem solver, troubleshooting skills across devices, Wi-Fi, and basic systems
 * Familiarity with Google Workspace, device management, and high-volume ticketing systems
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests
 * Strong customer service attitude and professional communication skills

## Description

The Technology Coordinator serves as the primary on-site point of contact for technology support, ensuring the reliable operation of devices, systems, and classroom technology while providing timely assistance to faculty, staff, and students at Fredericksburg Academy., * Serve as the first point of contact for on-site technology support requests

 * Manage the helpdesk/ticketing system, ensuring requests are acknowledged promptly and resolved within established timeframes
 * Support, prepare and anticipate classroom technology setup and basic instructional needs
 * Manage phone systems and programming needs
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and classroom technology issues
 * Escalate complex issues to external technology partners as needed
 * Configure, deploy, maintain, and inventory school-owned devices including loaners
 * Coordinate with vendors regarding technology services, equipment, and repairs
 * Maintain accurate technology records, documentation, and inventory
 * Assist faculty and staff with technology training and best practices
 * Research and support emerging technologies, including AI tools and educational technology solutions
