Other traits needed and desired for this role are: THE MUST HAVES * Associate degree * 2 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and end-user resources for enterprise applications * Experience designing and delivering training for diverse audiences, including campus-based and Home Office staff * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly language * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) * Ability to build collaborative relationships across technical and non-technical teams THE MUST HAVE BELIEFS * Belief in and commitment to the mission and core values of YES Prep Public Schools * Desire to disrupt systemic status quos in education * Willingness to go above and beyond to disrupt said status quos * Passion to develop resiliency through a relentless pursuit of jaw-dropping results * Conviction that high expectations + high accountability = high performance and high growth THE NICE TO HAVES * Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution * Experience working in K-12 education, higher education, nonprofit, or another mission-driven organization * Experience supporting enterprise applications, systems implementations, or technology rollouts in a complex organization * Experience supporting user adoption and communications during technology initiatives * Background in change management or ITSM practices * Technical degree, certification, or background in enterprise systems ## Description YES Prep needs a dynamic Enterprise Systems Specialist who proactively builds and maintains documentation as technology evolves, supports integration work, and helps keep enterprise applications well-supported and running smoothly. As a YES Prep employee, you will achieve strong results, create pathways to opportunity for our students, and build transformative relationships. To put it simply, you will help ensure enterprise systems are well-documented, well-supported, and easier for staff to use.
