## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment and systems supporting daily logistics and fulfillment activities.
Work Environment
On-site warehouse support role
May require occasional off-hours support for operational incidents, Provide on-site IT support for warehouse staff and operations
Install and support PCs, handheld scanners, printers, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System and related devices
Maintain network and Wi-Fi connectivity across warehouse facilities
Coordinate equipment repair and replacement with vendors
Manage IT asset inventory and device setup for new users
Work with corporate IT teams on escalations and improvements
