Preferred Qualifications * Experience with UKG Scheduling. * Experience supporting Workday Payroll integrations. * Familiarity with Zebra Scheduling. * Exposure to TOGAF or BOST methodologies. * Experience with Selenium or other test automation tools. * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies. Education * Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Advanced degree preferred. ## Description Talent Groups is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep expertise in UKG Pro Timekeeping and Workforce Management (WFM) to support and optimize a large enterprise HR technology environment.
