## About the Role

* The ideal fit is a Technical consultant with SAP Success Factors exp who can also help document system designs, help with configurations, and help with Testing
 * This leader is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of our HR technology products, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom system applications.
 * This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and technology delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.
 * 10+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or enterprise systems delivery
 * 3-5+ years of people leadership or team oversight
 * Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms
 * Experience leading HR transformation or digital transformation initiatives
 * Manage system enhancements, integrations, releases, and ongoing platform optimization
 * Strong Configuration Capability in the core applications.
 * Define test strategy, scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and scalability
