You'll ensure on-time service delivery and an excellent customer experience, working closely with senior management and the senior sales team. You'll use a range of sales and marketing tools to open the sales cycle, working closely with Account Executives to target the right prospects and set up meetings. IT experience is a plus, not a requirement, a basic understanding of and desire to learn IT is what matters. Responsibilities * Create and execute outreach using existing and emerging lead-generation methods. * Work with the sales team to identify new markets and growth opportunities. * Plan and attend relevant trade shows and expos. * Initiate contact with prospects via cold outreach and inbound marketing inquiries. * Qualify interest, build relationships, and uncover business needs. * Move qualified leads through the funnel and hand off to senior sales., * Attend client meetings and ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders. * Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth. * Plan and attend relevant trade shows and expos. * Build relationships that surface client needs and drive renewals. * Move projects and opportunities through the funnel., A detail-oriented, organized technician supporting our growing Managed Services business. You'll configure and troubleshoot systems, provide hands-on support, and help run one-time and ongoing IT projects and customer orders.
