## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree (mandatory)
 * Minimum 10+ years of software development experience
 * At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML experience

Technical Skill Requirements

 * Strong programming expertise in Python or Java
 * Python is preferred
 * Proven experience in AI/ML product development (production environments)
 * Deep understanding and hands-on experience with:
 * RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
 * End-to-end ownership of AI/ML systems with deep technical insight
 * Experience with AI frameworks, security, and guardrails

Strong experience building chatbots and/or API-driven AI systems (API Gateway integration)

 * Cloud & DevOps Requirements
 * Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially:
 * AWS Bedrock
 * Anthropic Claude models
 * Model invocation APIs
 * Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (critical requirement)
