 * Node.js development experience
 * Familiarity with NGINX and Redux

 * Docker and containerized application deployment, * Strong communication and collaboration skills

## Description

Caterpillar is seeking an experienced IT Software Engineer 3 to join a fast-paced development team supporting a high-impact AI initiative. This role will focus on building modern web applications and integrating with API and AI-driven orchestration platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong TypeScript/React developer who thrives in agile environments and can contribute both technically and as a mentor to other engineers., * Design, develop, and implement scalable software applications using modern web technologies

 * Build and enhance front-end architecture using React, TypeScript, and related frameworks
 * Develop and maintain progressive web applications (PWA) integrated with backend APIs and AI systems
 * Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to existing codebases
 * Perform automated testing, debugging, and ongoing application maintenance
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows
 * Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices, * Building modern UI experiences and integrating with API and AI orchestration layers
 * Collaborating with a small, senior team (2 Senior Engineers + 1 Principal)
