## About the Role

Do you have experience in Statistical analysis tools?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Must have: healthcare experience (Claims data highly preferred), SQL, Python, Machine Learning, * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

 * Healthcare industry experience required, specifically:
 * Claims data across payers/providers
 * Strong experience with:
 * SQL (must-have)
 * Data analysis and statistical modeling
 * Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly

Preferred Qualifications

 * Master's degree (strongly preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
 * Experience with:
 * Snowflake (preferred)
 * Python or similar programming languages

## Description

* Develop, enhance, and optimize statistical and machine learning models to improve accuracy and business outcomes
 * Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets, including claims and consumer data, to generate actionable insights
 * Apply statistical methods such as:
 * Hypothesis testing (t-tests, etc.)
 * Regression analysis
 * Advanced modeling techniques
 * Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical datasets using SQL and cloud-based platforms
 * Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
 * Create ad hoc reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
 * Provide analytical rigor and ensure models meet academic and statistical best practices
 * Present findings and insights to business and clinical stakeholders, with potential participation in conferences and external forums
