This description does not cover every task or expectation associated with the role. ## Description * Perform engineering analyses with limited oversight to support project goals and system improvements. * Interpret, redline, and update drawings for UEWR and PARCS radar systems. * Use BlueBeam and AutoCAD to develop redline/blackline drawing packages. * Analyze current and future HEMP-hardened configurations for accuracy, compliance, and system effectiveness. * Maintain and update configuration data within the DOORS database. * Support Task Leads with system surveillance, troubleshooting, component evaluations, RF/NDT data analysis, corrosion control, and system function tracing. * Operate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) instruments during inspections and field assessments. Documentation & Communication * Produce high-quality technical documentation including reports, work plans, site surveys, and as-built redlines. * Prepare and deliver technical briefings to internal teams and external customers. * Organize and lead meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders. * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and teammates.
