## About the Role

Do you have experience in User journey mapping?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a related field, with a strong focus on Customer insights journey.

 * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
 * Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist.
 * Strong proficiency in Journey Builder and Customer insight Data.
 * Experience with Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Email Studio.

Working environment

 * Hybrid - 4 days in the office
 * FTE type of contract

## Description

Primary duties will include:

 * Build and manage marketing journeys and automation workflows in Journey Builder to enhance customer engagement.
 * Develop multi-channel campaigns using Dynamics messaging services(SMS, MMS, push notifications) to reach audiences effectively.
 * Configure Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and Content Builder to ensure accurate segmentation and campaign execution.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CI-J with other platforms and data sources.
 * Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on best practices for Journey Builder.
 * Stay up to date on industry trends, platform enhancements, and data privacy regulations to ensure compliance.
