## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Ladder use?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong background in construction or hands-on work is highly preferred-ideal candidates are comfortable using tools and working in a physically demanding environment.

 * Basic knowledge of networking, personal computing equipment, and routers.
 * Familiarity with AC/DC wiring is a plus.
 * Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, as technicians will regularly interact with customers and represent the company.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information to customers.
 * Must pass a background check, drug test, and maintain a clean driving record.

Education & Licensing:

 * High School Diploma or GED
 * Valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements:

 * Ability to carry ladders up to 35 feet in length
 * Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
 * Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds for extended periods
 * Comfortable working from ladders and rooftops

Job Type: Full-Time

## Description

* Install and terminate CAT5/CAT6 cables with precision.
 * Run and terminate fiber optic cables to ensure reliable, high-speed connectivity.
 * Provision, install, and align wireless internet antennas for optimal performance.
 * Configure and install routers to integrate seamlessly into our network.
 * Serve as the face of the company, engaging with customers daily to ensure a positive installation experience.
 * Provide professional, courteous customer service while addressing any questions or concerns.
 * Strictly follow OSHA and company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Work Environment:

 * Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, snow, wind, rain)
 * Climbing ladders and working on rooftops (up to three stories high)
 * Regular face-to-face interaction with customers to ensure a positive experience
 * Opportunity to work in-office on provisioning and upgrading equipment, contributing to the technical backend of our services
 * Typical schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
