Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules.

 * 3+ years of experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management processes and drive measurable productivity gains.
 * Experience using AI to generate business requirements, user stories, product visions, and other artifacts for development and QA teams.
 * Proven ability to translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements and actionable product deliverables.
 * Experience supporting large-scale CRM migrations, including the transition of multiple legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

## Description

IDR is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a 100% remote opportunity. This role supports enterprise CRM transformation initiatives by partnering closely with stakeholders, offshore teams, and delivery partners to turn business goals into actionable product outcomes. You'll lead a product and business-focused approach while leveraging AI to improve efficiency and productivity across product management activities., * Own product discovery and requirements gathering for Microsoft Dynamics 365 experiences across Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing modules.

 * Translate stakeholder conversations into structured requirements, user stories, and product deliverables for development and QA teams.
 * Drive business process transformation and organizational change aligned to CRM modernization goals.
 * Support enterprise CRM migrations, including the transition of multiple legacy systems into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
