## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
 * 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
 * Proven experience implementing and managing BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
 * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
 * Experience working cross-functionally and supporting senior leadership in decision-making.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences.
 * Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge; familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.

## Description

* Data Strategy & Governance

 * Develop and maintain the company's BI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
 * Oversee data collection, management, and governance to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
 * Partner with IT and other teams to improve data architecture and reporting systems.

Business Insights & Reporting

 * Translate business requirements into clear data models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
 * Deliver regular business performance reports to the COO and leadership team, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
 * Lead the design and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and management dashboards across departments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 * Act as a strategic partner to Finance, Sales, Operations, and Product teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and data insights.
 * Support business reviews, forecasting processes, and performance tracking initiatives.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and automation possibilities.
 * Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the organization.
