Certifications & Skills We Love Required: * Understanding of hardware and software (desktops and servers). * Knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, including AI-driven features (Copilot, Purview, Defender). * Familiarity with the Microsoft collaboration stack (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). * Strong troubleshooting chops and customer-first mindset. * Ability to troubleshoot client issues in a calm and professional manner. * Ability to explain complex things in plain language, not technical jargon. Preferred: * CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification. * Experience with firewall platforms (WatchGuard, Sophos). * Exposure to VMware / Hyper-V. * Experience in cloud platforms like Azure or Nerdio. You'll get bonus points for any of the following: * You're familiar with N-Able, ConnectWise, Halo, Nerdio, or Datto. * You've earned networking or Microsoft server-related certification(s). * You have previous MSP or consulting experience. * You have experience supporting or rolling out AI productivity tools. * You have a degree from a four-year university. ## Description We're IT Solutions of South Florida, and we're looking for a Level 2 System Administrator who's eager to build hands-on experience with networking, cloud, and security technologies. You'll work closely with senior engineers, assist on client projects, and provide day-to-day support that makes a real impact.
