## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java preferred).
 * Basic understanding of full stack development concepts and software engineering principles.
 * Exposure to modern web technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
 * Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies.
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
 * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and microservices architecture.
 * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
 * Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, or data-driven applications., * Bachelor's (Required)

## Description

Upon successful completion of the training program, you will work on enterprise-grade projects, collaborating with experienced professionals and contributing to scalable applications used by customers across various industries., * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications.

 * Build and integrate AI-powered features and intelligent automation solutions.
 * Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using modern frameworks.
 * Create responsive and user-friendly front-end applications.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
 * Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
 * Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
