The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT operations and deploying special IT projects in order to meet the needs of the growing organization and its users., * Operations: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot day-to-day IT operations issues. * User Support: Provide assistance & support to end users for tier 2 systems/infrastructure issues. * Projects: Research, evaluate, and deploy IT systems solutions, infrastructure projects, and systems updates/upgrades.
