## About the Role

* 3+ years of Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or Network Administration experience.
 * Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and/or vCenter.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Active Directory environments.
 * Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networking environments.
 * Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing concepts.
 * Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills., * Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, or similar enterprise firewall platforms.
 * Experience configuring Cisco, Aruba, Dell, HP, or Meraki switches.
 * Experience with ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM platforms.
 * Experience supporting macOS environments.
 * Industry certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or related technologies.

## Description

* Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
 * Manage and support VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
 * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, wireless networks, and connectivity issues.
 * Support firewall administration and security technologies.
 * Deploy, configure, and support Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Manage user provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, access control, and endpoint security.
 * Monitor infrastructure performance and assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve complex technical issues.
 * Maintain documentation, asset records, and operational procedures.
