Must be at least 21 years of age. * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience * Two plus (2+) years of experience in computer networks and system maintenance for a large-scale luxury resort/casino * Two plus years of experience in computer networks and system maintenance for a large-scale luxury resort/casino * Experience with troubleshooting Point of Sale Equipment * Experience with networking and infrastructure technologies * Ability to mentor and train Level 1 technicians * Familiarity with project management and implementation of new technologies * Certifications (e.g. CompTIA, A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) preferred * Excellent IT, communication, and leadership skills * Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills * In depth knowledge and understanding of IT Security and data privacy principles, and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience * Outstanding organizational and time-management skills * Proven experience as an IT technician or comparable position * Microsoft 365 Basic Understanding * Ability to work with non-IT team members to resolve their technology issues * Ability to open and close tickets for incidents, changes, work orders, etc. * Ability to create an SOP for certain items that may not be documented and can be used for training purposes * Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends * Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations., The Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces. ## Description The IT Technician II is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all computer workstations and associated software property-wide.
