A positive, can-do attitude and a natural desire to help people Strong follow-through when you say you ll do something, you make it happen Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems Comfortable with printer setup, password resets, user provisioning, and hardware swaps Willingness to learn and take on more technical responsibilities over time Dependable and consistent. Bonus Points For: Exposure to basic server administration or infrastructure support Previous involvement in hardware lifecycle or refresh projects Any certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.) ## Description Our client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join their on-premise IT team.
