## About the Role

The non-negotiables:

 * Hands-on SAP test script writing experience - you've built and owned the test script process, not just executed someone else's
 * Experience leading UAT or functional testing in an ERP implementation environment
 * Knows what good looks like in an implementation testing context - can set the standard and bring others up to it
 * Enough experience to guide peers without needing a formal title
 * U.S. citizenship - no dual citizenship accepted per client program requirements

Nice to have:

 * Familiarity with SAP PPM, PS, or S/4 HANA specifically
 * Agile methodology experience
 * Familiarity with JIRA or Confluence
 * Prior experience with large-scale ERP deployments in defense or manufacturing
 * Bachelor's degree

## Description

This role is part of the same large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transformation - a major defense and aerospace company implementing the Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) module to manage capital and overhead projects. The Test/Implement Lead joins at the testing and deployment phase, leading the Capital Planning scrum team's test activities in preparation for remaining 1LMX deployments.

The team has SAP capability but needs someone who sets the standard for what good testing looks like in an ERP implementation - someone who owns the process, not just executes tasks within it.

What you'll be doing

 * Lead test script creation and execution for the Capital Planning workstream
 * Own defect triage and remediation across the team
 * Define security roles and map system access
 * Provide hypercare and operations & maintenance support post go-live
 * Document organizational change management (OCM) impacts
 * Support the creation of training and development materials
 * Review and red-line process documentation to ensure alignment with future state
 * Guide peers on testing approach and quality - functional lead presence expected without direct reports
