## About the Role

Do you have experience in Vendor communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent IT experience

 * Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare or similar complex environment

## Description

The System Administrator will work with the IT Operations Manager and Chief Information Officer to manage the overall IT infrastructure for the hospital. This includes planning, implementation, testing, monitoring/analyzing, daily support, and troubleshooting issues. Frequent projects with multiple hospital departments and/or 3rd party vendors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required due to interactions with technical vendors, as well as end-users. Teamwork mindset required. Ability to work independently, but within management guidelines, policies, and procedures such as approvals and change management.

Onsite office hours required Monday - Friday. Rotating call schedule for after hours, weekends, and holidays.

The System Administrator is responsible for the systems listed.

Including but not limited to:

 * Primary responsibilities
 + Physical and Virtual servers
 + Mobile device management
 + Thin client administration
 + Server and workstation patching
 + User management/Single Sign-on/MFA
 + Email administration including 3rd party software
 + Video conferencing/telehealth
 * Secondary responsibilities
 + Storage Area Networks (SAN -Dell Unity/Isilon)
 + Network switches and wireless access points (Cisco)
 + Firewalls and web filters
 + Backups
 + Telephony
