We are passionate about partnering with our customers to create opportunities for success, and committed to continuously improving ourselves, our processes and our solutions., The Technical Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring customers are successfully connected to and trained on OpenTech products, including kiosks, call center solutions, and our access control offerings. This role sits at the intersection of technical configuration, quality assurance, and live customer training. You will be the primary technical point of contact, and your work directly shapes whether customers stay. You will work alongside a team of Onboarding Specialists and Onboarding Traffic Coordinators, supported by a Team Lead. Customer Onboarding is a key driver of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success at OpenTech Alliance.
