 * Experience: 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment, preferred
 * Skills: computer basics, passing ALPLA assessment scores, ability to work well with others, good decision making will minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, good organizational skills

## Description

* Product & Process Verification
 + Knows ALPLA bottle terminology Conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications
 + Performs routine quality checks
 + Completes equipment verifications
 + Performs line clearance process
 * Quality Systems & Documentation
 + Can properly complete paperwork and standards (basic)
 + Navigates document management system
 + Understands IMS basics
 + Understands OPEX basics
 + Can complete COA review and preparation
 * Data Management and Analytical Tools
 + Understands CAQ basics
 + Understands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by location
 * Nonconforming Product & Problem Solving
 + Manages internal and external defective products
 + Understands AQL and sampling plans
 + Understands problem solving basics
 + Participates in RCAs

Performance Metrics:

 * On-time completion of assigned training
 * Pass Gauge R&R evaluations
 * Acceptable performance on data integrity audits
 * Departmental goals as assigned
