Physical Requirements The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. ## Description A member of the Story Team reporting to the Chief Marketing Communications Officer, the Social Media Specialist tells the story of Wheaton College through social media channels: strategizing, creating content (social media posts, photos, and videos), posting, monitoring content, analyzing effectiveness, paid social advertising, social listening, and actively engaging on behalf of the College. This position periodically requires non-traditional hours depending on social media activity or events and subjects that require photography. This is a full-time position and pays $50,000-$52,000 annually.
