 * Troubleshoot software issues related to applications such as Microsoft Office suite
 * Maintain and support computer networking infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and switches to ensure reliable connectivity.
 * Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of operating systems and software applications.
