## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, The HFC/Fiber Network Designer is responsible for the creation of hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) and fiber network design, with proficiency in Iris and related design tools. This role requires technical expertise, accuracy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality network designs., * 1-2 years proven experience with Iris or Magellan required.

 * Hands-on experience in HFC and fiber network design required.
 * Ability to work and train remotely.
 * Strong knowledge of construction drawings and documentation required.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting required.
 * Previous telecom or utility design experience.
 * Familiarity with permitting processes and regional design standards.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., * FC and Fiber Network Design: 1 year (Required)
 * Bentley: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Develop and modify HFC and fiber network designs using Iris or Magellan.
 * Interpret and apply construction documents, engineering standards, and client specifications.
 * Prepare design packages, drawings, and supporting documentation for construction teams.
 * Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on project data.
 * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure constructability and compliance.
 * Review and verify design accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
 * Any and all other duties as assigned in order to meet Company objectives.
